How the Matching Works
You call or submit a request. You describe the problem: what you saw, where, and for how long. The request goes to a provider in our network that handles that kind of work in your area. The provider then talks with you directly.
Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check who can take your job. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing is set by them, not by Autumnfirst Pest Control.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Inspect first and explain what they find
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Treat the cause, not only the symptom
- Seal entry points on wildlife jobs
- Hold the licenses their work requires
The provider is responsible for the work, the pricing and any permits. Ask to see their credentials before you agree to anything.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform pest control, wildlife removal or termite treatment
- We do not set prices or write quotes
- We do not make promises on a provider's behalf
- We do not give legal or insurance advice

How the Service Is Paid For
Homeowners pay the provider for the work, not Autumnfirst Pest Control. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee for the leads they receive. That fee is not added to your quote, and you have no obligation to hire anyone you speak with.
